OTP Bank was established in 1994 and until 2008 was named Investsberbank.
In 2006, the bank joined one of Europe’s largest banking groups, OTP Group, which is a leader on the CEE financial services market. OTP Bank is a universal credit organization offering a broad spectrum of banking services and products to corporate and private clients.
The bank is a leader on the consumer lending market: it is in second place in POS lending and seventh in credit cards (according to Frank Research Group data as of January 1, 2013).
OTP Bank’s client service network includes more than 28,000 points of sale, 100 credit and savings offices, 158 customer service centers and 216 ATMs.
OTP Bank operates in more than 3,300 Russian towns. It has more than 1.7 mln regular customers.
The bank is rated Ba2 by Moody’s and BB by Fitch.
