PhosAgro is a leading global vertically integrated phosphate-based fertilizer producer. The group focuses on the production of phosphate-based fertilizers, feed phosphate and high-grade phosphate rock (P2O5 content of not less than 35.7%), as well as ammonia and nitrogen-based fertilizers.
PhosAgro has a unique position on the global fertilizer landscape, as it is the only public producer with predominant exposure to phosphate. The group’s mines and phosphate rock production facilities are located in the mountainous areas of the Kola Peninsula in Murmansk Region, in northwestern Russia, whereas its fertilizer and feed phosphate production assets are located near the cities of Cherepovets in Vologda Region and Balakovo in Saratov Region, in the southwestern part of European Russia. The group is the only global vertically integrated fertilizer producer. PhosAgro is the lowest cash cost producer of DAP and MAP.
