Vice President for Strategic Development and Management Committee Member, Lukoil
Leonid Fedun was born in Kiev, Ukraine, on April 5, 1956.
After graduating from the School of Privatization and Entrepreneurship with a degree in sociology and securities management in 1993, he became General Director of Lukoil Consulting. During this period, he played a major role in the development of the privatization program for the oil sector.
In 1994, he was appointed vice president at Lukoil. Since that time, he has made a substantial contribution to the company’s development. His current responsibilities include corporate communications, acquisitions and securities operations.
Dr Fedun has a PhD in Philosophy. He is an Academic of the Academy of Natural Sciences. He has also authored many works on privatization, political science and issues concerning global and domestic economic policy.
