Director, Government Pension Investment Fund of Japan
Norihiko Nakagawa is Director at the Government Pension Investment Fund of Japan, is the world’s biggest public pension fund with a USD 1.2 trillion portfolio. Prior to taking his current position, Mr Nakagawa worked at Mitsui Life Insurance, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust, and Prudential Investment Management. He spent most of his career on the international equity market as a Portfolio Manager. He has also worked at an investment consulting firm as a Fund Analyst.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Keio University Tokyo and an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester. He is a CFA charterholder.
