Head of the Federal Agency for State Property Management
Olga Dergunova is the Director of the Federal Property Management Agency and Deputy Economics Minister.
She has been in her current positions since June 29, 2012. Ms Dergunova previously worked at VTB Group: she became a member of VTB’s Management Board in 2007 and over three years was responsible for work with major corporate clients. In 2010, she assumed the role of Head of VTB Bank’s International Subsidiaries unit and was responsible for strengthening VTB Group’s position on the global financial market and realizing the group’s new strategy.
Ms Dergunova spent 20 years in Russia’s IT industry: from 1994 to 2007, she was Chief Representative, General Director and President of Microsoft in Russia and the CIS.
She has earned two degrees from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics: a degree in Cybernetics in 1987 and a Master’s degree in Computer Science and Programming in 1991. In 2004, she participated in the Young Global Leaders Forum at the World Economic Forum.
