Vladimir Feygin is a founder and now President of the Institute for Energy and Finance (Moscow, Russia). He is also a Consultant to the Gazprombank BoD and a Member of the Thematic Group on Energy Markets and Strategies/ of the EU-RF Energy Dialog,Нe is appointed as a co-speaker of the EU-RF Gas Advisory Council under Coordinators of the Energy Dialog.
Mr. Feygin holds a Doctorate in Physics and Mathematical Science. His main specialty is regulating and developing the gas market and other energy resource markets.
Mr. Feygin had managed international consultancy projects in the energy sector with Western partners and clients (Ruhrgas, OMV, British Gas, Total, Gaz de France, TransCanada, Gasunie), leading consulting companies (Ernst &Young, Beicip-Franlab), banks (the World Bank, EBRD, Warburg) and the European Union. He played an active role in establishing the non-profit Partnership Gas Market Coordinator, which brought together major players on the Russian gas market to draft mechanisms and procedures to develop the market and expand the free market sector.
